Yes, absolutely. If you've had a positive experience with one of our nurses, you can request them for future visits, subject to their availability. We understand that continuity of care builds trust, and we always try our best to accommodate such requests.

Yes. We offer round-the-clock nursing care through our live-in nurse packages. For 24/7 coverage, we typically assign two nurses in rotating 12-hour shifts to ensure your loved one always receives attentive, well-rested care. Our coordination team is also available at all hours for any urgent concerns.

Yes, we have both male and female nurses available. You can specify your preference at the time of booking. We make every effort to match caregivers based on your comfort and clinical requirements.

Our nurses are trained in basic life support (BLS) and emergency response protocols. In the event of a medical emergency, they will immediately alert our on-call doctor, notify the family, and coordinate hospital transfer if required. We also maintain tie-ups with nearby hospitals for swift referrals.
